Battles with our children at mealtimes can create incredibly stressful situations. It’s helpful to identify why your child won’t eat; is it texture, specific food types or a phobia?
I’ll share my strategies, but please trust your gut instinct as a parent and if you are concerned consult your GP for medical advice.
