Their default is not to try anything new for fear they’ll fail, and they think everyone is better than they are. If only they could see just how amazing they could be, if they only tried. They may also struggle to fall asleep at night, constantly coming in and out of their room, or they avoid all new situations as they make them anxious.
We will talk about what happens in our body when we worry, and how can we feel calm and safe. How do we quieten the chatter of our busy brain so we can think more helpfully. We will focus on two simple techniques for building confidence, and two bold and brave challenges to complete at home.
